Vee Healthtek Appoints Amy Franciscus, JD, RN as General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer

Plano, Texas, July 1, 2026 - Vee Healthtek, a leader in AI-enabled revenue cycle solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Amy Franciscus, JD, RN as General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer.

In her role at Vee Healthtek, Franciscus will advance the company’s vision of transforming revenue cycle into a structural determinant of growth and resilience by strengthening the legal and compliance foundation that enables technology-driven innovation. She will lead Vee Healthtek’s corporate governance strategy, overseeing regulatory compliance, privacy, and risk management across the organization’s global delivery architecture. Responsible for designing and scaling enterprise-wide governance and compliance programs, she will translate complexity into practical frameworks that facilitate future-ready operations in tightly regulated healthcare environments.

Franciscus brings more than a decade of experience supporting multi-state healthcare environments with enterprise-wide legal and compliance oversight. She joins Vee Healthtek from BetterHealth: A Planned Parenthood Partnership, where she established governance, risk, and monitoring frameworks across the organization. Prior to this role, she advised healthcare provider, payer, and managed services organizations on compliance, reimbursement models, licensure, and strategic transactions. Early in her career, before entering the legal field, she worked as a registered nurse, coordinating clinical care delivery, case management, and patient education. Today, her interdisciplinary background gives her a unique perspective on healthcare operations that allows her to bridge clinical insight with legal strategy.
