As VP - People Function at Mindtree, a digital transformation company, he helped achieve billion-dollar growth by establishing robust human resources programs and structures. Then, he worked as Chief Human Resources Officer at Marlabs Inc., a digital solutions provider, where he developed talent strategies that elevated the company’s employer brand. Now, he joins Vee Healthtek from Movate, a firm specializing in customer experience services. There, he led large-scale hiring and retention initiatives in his role as Chief People Officer. By leveraging his extensive professional background at some of the leading technology companies in the world, Philip will spearhead new efforts to build and nurture high-performing teams that create lasting impact for providers and payers.
