Matt Michaels Named CEO of Vee Healthtek

Michaels joins Vee Healthtek from Optum Health, where he served as Senior Vice President, Physician Revenue Cycle Management from February 2020 to June 2024. In this role, he ensured operational efficiencies, streamlined processes, and spearheaded critical business development initiatives that led to unprecedented growth. Previously, Michaels worked at Accenture as a Managing Director, Conifer Health Solutions as President of Hospital Revenue Cycle Management, and Tenet Healthcare as Senior Director of Operations Planning & Strategy for Patient Financial Services. This wealth of experience has equipped him with deep domain knowledge in business process solutions for payers and providers.
