Vee Healthtek Names Michelle Castillon Chief Product Transformation Officer

New York, NY, December 17, 2024 - Vee Healthtek is thrilled to announce Michelle Castillon as its Chief Product Transformation Officer. An accomplished leader in the healthcare industry, Castillon brings more than 25 years of experience to the organization. Her expertise in revenue cycle management, client services, and product management will enable Vee Healthtek to empower health systems, hospitals, and physician groups with operational efficiency and long-term success.

Castillon joins Vee Healthtek from Med-Metrix, where she was Sr. Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management. In this role, she implemented process improvements based on data-driven insights to enhance financial outcomes. She also served as a liaison to clients to foster long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Prior to her role at Med-Metrix, Castillon held a variety of executive positions at Conifer Health Solutions during her 14-year tenure. As Vice President, Product Line Management, she oversaw the creation of new services and products in revenue cycle management. She also implemented new standards for product management, which included comprehensive research and analysis, requirements documentation, and user design features. Later, in her role as Vice President, AR Operations, she managed a team of 2,000 globally-dispersed AR collections and denial management employees. Working closely with clients, she ensured compliance, quality assurance, and the seamless completion of service-level agreements.

At Vee Healthtek, Castillon will spearhead the design and development of new products that leverage breakthrough technologies and advanced analytics for clients as Chief Product Transformation Officer. In this role, she will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, aligning product strategy with business goals, and enhancing client success.
